Private by default
Every account, transaction and investment has an owner and an explicit, revocable share list. Nothing is visible to the group until you decide it is.

Import the statements you already download, snap the receipts you already keep, and finally see where the household money goes — per person, per account, twelve months ahead.
Free for one group of two. €9 a month when the household grows.

How Saivify works
Spreadsheets go stale and banking apps only ever show one account. Saivify holds the whole picture \u2014 shared and personal, cash and cards, spending and investments.

Bank passwords Saivify ever asks you for
Every account, transaction and investment has an owner and an explicit, revocable share list. Nothing is visible to the group until you decide it is.
Saivify never asks for a bank login — and never for an IBAN or a card number either. You upload the statements you already download, account-number columns are dropped on read, and the raw file is discarded.
Shared accounts and personal ones, cash and cards, a grandmother’s passbook and a broker — attributed to the person the money was actually for.
The monthly loop
Saivify is built around what households already do, so the work stays small and the picture stays true.
Bank accounts, cards, cash wallets and the broker — each with its own currency, opening balance and owner. Closed or expired accounts keep their history and quietly drop out of every total.
Drop in the statement your bank exports and snap the receipts as they happen. The column mapping is saved per bank, duplicates are skipped, and the paper trail stops at your camera.
Tag with your own vocabulary, attribute a row to a member, and promote a one-off decision to an auto-tag rule so next month sorts itself.
Recurring items become a projection per account and per member. Run a what-if — one salary drops, the mortgage moves, the PAC doubles — and see the minimum projected balance before you commit.
FAQ
Everything you need to know about Saivify.
No, and you cannot. There is no open-banking connection and no place to type a bank password. You upload the CSV, XLSX or PDF statement your bank already lets you download, and Saivify maps its columns once and reuses that mapping every month.
Account-number columns are dropped on read — no IBAN, no card number, not even a last-4 is ever stored. The raw file is discarded once the rows are parsed, and re-importing the same statement is de-duplicated instead of doubling your history.
Only if you share them. Every account, transaction and investment has an owner — a person or the group — and a share list you can revoke at any time. A member sees the shared pot plus whatever is explicitly shared with them, never everything by default.
No. One subscription per group; everyone you invite joins free, up to the plan’s seats. The person who creates the group is the only one billed — Pro covers 4 people, Family & Groups 8, and a member can join any number of paid groups without ever paying. Free is solo: one group, one person, no invites, so a couple starts at Pro.
Recurring income and expenses are detected from your own history, then projected twelve months forward per account, member and group. It is deterministic arithmetic, not a language model, and it comes with an optimistic / expected / pessimistic band plus the minimum projected balance so you can see when you would dip below your safety buffer.
Each account and each transaction carries its own currency, and each group has a base currency. Reports and forecasts convert using historical daily ECB rates, so a cross-border salary in CHF still reconciles against a household budget in EUR.
It lets an AI client such as Claude Code or Claude Desktop work on your finances through a scoped, audited interface. Agent access comes with the seat: every member of a paid group gets one connection and 1,000 calls a day, so a solo Pro user gets one of each and an eight-person household gets eight connections and 8,000 calls a day, which is also the group ceiling. Every connection is scoped, logs each call, and never exposes destructive operations — inspect or revoke them from Settings at any time.
Yes, and it is genuinely solo: one group, one person, two accounts and a hundred transactions a month, including statement import. There are no invites on Free, so a couple starts at Pro — €9 a month for up to 4 people, with unlimited accounts and transactions, receipt OCR, investments with daily quotes and one agent connection per member.
The live demo is a full pre-filled household you can explore without an account. Pick a persona and the whole app is scoped to what that person is allowed to see.
